Where do I even begin.. Well to start off, she answered back QUICK. I've sent many texts going back and forth and she was fantastic! Even shared a bit about myself and she showed her gratitude. The package it came in was VERY nice, from the hand written note, to the little bow tied around the box, to even a LAB REPORT! That is hard to come by and just really tied the whole thing together.. I'm not one to write a review but due to feeling the energy coming off of this stone through the PACKAGE.. Even through her creating it! I knew it was for me and I can't be anymore happier than I am now to receive a hand crafted item with such a beautiful look with the energy being so strong I couldn't contain myself. Let me start off my saying, I received a beautiful piece by Sandra that arrived in wonderful packaging and came with a thoughtful, handwritten note on the setting & intentional feelings that went into creating it. However, by no fault of the seller, the wire wrapped around my piece inexplicably broke within a few days. Things happen!!! Sandra was immediately responsive and offered me solutions at no extra cost me that gave me the option to either get a new piece sent out or have the one that I have already formed a connection with to be sent back and rewrapped. The love she puts into her work can be felt from the pieces themselves and I would be proud to both give & receive them as gifts, but her communication and customer service in particularly my case is exactly what you like to see in a review before purchasing.
